I can't find my saved quotes.

There are 2 ways to find your customers:

  1. From the Reminders screen, click "Search" (located on the toolbar) and then choose "Search All for Client". Enter the name you are looking for in the "Search For" field, and click Search. The results will be displayed below. Select the name in the search results and click "Continue (F2)" to bring up the information.

  2. If you marked the quote as "Sold" and entered a policy number when you saved it, the quote will be located under Customer Development. If you did not mark it as sold, it will be located under Prospect Development.

Double-click on the prospect or customer name. You will then see the information in a view that is very much like the New Prospect screen. The saved quotes will be listed in the bottom grid. To open a quote, double-click on the quote you wish to view.

What is the difference between Prospect Development and Customer Development?

A prospect is a person you have quoted or saved a note or x-date for.

Prospect Development is organized into three grids. The top grid displays your list of prospects. The middle grid displays a history of contacts with the selected prospect, as well as notes and x-dates. The bottom grid displays all the saved quotes for the prospect.

To view the history and list of saved quotes for a particular prospect, click once on the prospect you wish to view. You will see the information in the second and third grids.

Double-clicking the prospect's name will display the information in a format very much like the New Prospect screen. Then, to bring up a saved quote, double-click on the quote you wish to view.
